Do you know exactly what you want to buy at our stand? Then have it handed to you directly at our collection counter. Please note:

1. This promotion runs until October 1, 2024, and is limited to a specific number of time slots . If the slots are already allocated before the end of the promotion, we unfortunately cannot increase the number.

2. Please adhere to your assigned pickup time slot and save it. You will not receive another reminder of your exact pickup time.

3. Please remember to pay before the trade fair begins. On-site payments are not possible for pre-orders, and failure to receive payment five working days after ordering will result in cancellation.

4. Please order a bag separately if you would like your books to be packaged ready to carry.

5. Don't be surprised if you receive a collection confirmation several days/weeks before the trade fair begins. Your booked slot remains valid.

6. Please have the collection confirmation/order confirmation ready when you pick up your order.

7. Please bear with us if there are short waiting times on site.
