Katja Rostowski, born in 1992 in northern Germany, lives with her family and two cats near the Baltic Sea in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein. Instead of dipping her toes into the cold sea, she prefers to lie in the shade with a book and lose herself in other worlds.
Even in school, she wrote her first stories and drew the characters to go with them. Since she's more comfortable with words than with a pencil, she now focuses mainly on writing emotional and exciting stories with imperfect protagonists who still have to find their courage and strength – and who are just as addicted to sweets as she is.
